矿机易损设备3D打印修复技术的应用探讨

摘要:

针对煤矿井下大型矿机造价昂贵、缺少备件、维修成本巨大,一旦出现部分损坏生产线中断的情况,本论文着重探讨基于3D打印激光成形修复技术在矿机易损设备修复的应用范围及应用前景,提出在矿用设备易损零部件的直接工作件类、结构件类型、传动系统件三种类型设备的3D打印激光修复技术应用可行性,以及与部分矿机设备采用的激光熔覆表面强化技术的区别与优势, 探讨结果表明3D打印激光修补矿用设备易损零部件,能避免或减少修复的机械加工,达到仿形精确修复,提高矿用设备易损件的使用寿命,在矿用设备修复具有技术优势和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

In view of the large-scale underground mining cost, lack of spare parts, repair costs, once the interruption of the damage production line, this paper focuses on the 3D print laser forming repair technology in the application scope of repair machine vulnerable equipment and application prospect in the application of 3D based on, the laser repair technology feasibility of direct printing works, mining equipment vulnerable parts of structure type, transmission system of three types of equipment, and parts of machine equipment used in laser cladding surface strengthening technology of difference and advantage, the 3D print laser repairing mine equipment parts, can avoid or reduce the mechanical processing after repair, to copying precisely repair, improve mine the equipment and the service life of wearing parts, in mining equipment repair with technological advantages and application prospects.
